ABOUT THE NETWORK
The Access Network is a collective of frontline workers from different social service agencies who collaborate to find interagency solutions to service navigation challenges their clients face.
The Access Network meets multiple times a month with different network members hosting each meeting. Network members come from frontline agencies, enforcement agencies, housing security, poverty, addictions, health and justice.
Network members meet to collaborate on and discuss service navigation gaps, repeat client needs, strategies on how to strengthen service integration as well as how to support the needs of frontline workers.
Frontline interagency coordination and collaboration getting clients to the right resources they need faster.
"The biggest strength of AN is that it is a hivemind – being able to put all of our brains and knowledge together to problem solve. Having people come together from throughout the city who are familiar with community members saves workers a great deal of time trying to track people down, as we can all collaborate to find out where someone is, who is doing what with them, etc"
